10.3 Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised session interactions to help us improve website usability. Sensitive information (such as passwords and payment details) is automatically masked. 10.4 We may use online advertising platforms (including Meta/Facebook) to promote our events and services. These platforms may collect data when you interact with our advertisements on their platforms.

10.8 Advertising Pixels & Retargeting

We use tracking pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to provide relevant information about our events and services.

These technologies may collect information about your interaction with our website, including pages viewed, actions taken (such as ticket purchases), and device information. This information may be matched with your account on the relevant platform (for example, Meta/Facebook) if you are logged in.

  • Create Custom or Lookalike Audiences within advertising platforms

We do not use advertising platforms to upload or disclose sensitive health information.

You may control how your information is used for advertising by:

  • Adjusting your browser cookie settings

  • Updating your privacy settings on Meta/Facebook
