1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of www.thebreakthroughparent.com or https://thebreakthroughparent.framer.website/ and any associated websites, livestream platforms, replay portals, podcasts, digital learning environments, or multimedia channels operated by Re-Connects: Transforming Families Together (“Site”).
1.2 By accessing, browsing, downloading, sharing, or engaging with content from the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.3 If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

3.2 Content is protected under the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ) and international copyright laws.

3.4 Event recordings and replay materials are also governed by our Ticket Purchase Terms.

4.1 Third-party intellectual property will be attributed where required.

4.3 Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

5.1 All resources — including blog posts, podcasts, videos, webinars, livestreams, event recordings, toolkits, and written materials — are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
5.2 They do not constitute personalised medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice.
5.3 Participation in the Site, Events, livestreams, or Digital Content does not create a therapeutic, clinical, supervisory, or practitioner-client relationship.

8. Unsolicited Electronic Messages
8.1 Email addresses published on this Site do not constitute consent to receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (NZ).
